Getting Started is Easy

1. Log into the PostCity Financial Mobile Banking app (Download our FREE app from the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store).
2. Select Mobile Deposit from the menu.
3. Follow the screen prompts.

Helpful hints

• Properly endorse the back of the check with your signature, account #, and the words “For Mobile Deposit at PostCity.”
• Place the check on a flat, single-colored dark surface—centered and inside the guidelines. Capture all four corners of the check in the image.
• A clear image of your check is key to a successful deposit. If the ink is too light or doesn’t contrast with the check background, you may need to deposit it at a branch or deposit-taking ATM. 

 How to Sign Up for Mobile Banking & System Requirements

  • First, make sure you are signed up for Online Banking.
  • System Requirements for our Mobile apps:

    Android: OS 7 and above (phone and tablet)
    Apple iOS: OS 9 and above (iPhone 7+ and iPad)

    Please note: The following devices are not supported: Apple Watch, Android Watch, Apple TV, Roku or any other of intelligent voice response apps based on Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
