How To Enter:

Automatic Entry:
Eligible individuals who apply for a new or refinanced auto loan (excluding existing PostCity Financial Credit Union auto loans) during the Promotional Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without applying for an auto loan, you may hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a purple notecard, and mail it in a sealed envelope to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2025, and received by October 5, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entrants using the mail-in method must be current members of PostCity Financial Credit Union at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win.

Approximate retail value of each prize: $250. Prize components subject to change based on availability and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about October 10, 2025. Winners will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to change, alter, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

Publicity:

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability:

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any computer, technical, or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt of a prize.
